This mobile augmented reality application is perfect for making early design decisions without the cost and labor of having to build and move physical pieces of furniture! It scans a space using your smartphone’s camera, detecting all horizontal surfaces, and allows you to virtually place furniture into the room. Once placed, you can then move, rotate, or scale any virtual furniture. When doing so, a bounding box will appear around the selected object, as well as a pop-up box stating its real-life dimensions. This application also has a capture button that allows you to take clean screenshots and view them in your photo gallery.
